Elizabeth did a program at the englewood public library about her book,"glorious one-pot meals" that was truly delightful. The audience was interested and engaged, not to mention fed, too. Elizabeth is an excellent speaker, very interesting stories about her recipes, as well as good food hints and tips. Those in attendance were ready to go home and cook a "one-pot" meal! |
